I love cod fish (gindara) but they are so expensiveeeeeeee. Usually I’d stick with saba or Japanese sake because they are so much cheaper but I felt like a bit of a luxury today. Two slices $19(・Д・).
But so so so yummy. I marinated it with shiokoji and mirin overnight and pan-fried it. No salt or shoyu needed. Soooo sweet(*゚▽゚*).

❤︎Natto with umeboshi梅干し納豆

❤︎white rice with mentaiko (tube) 明太子トッピング白ご飯
❤︎Nagasaki Ichigo ゆめのかいちご?

After knowing the benefits of Wakayama plum I’m gonna take one umeboshi a day hehe.
