So I really cannot forget the creamed spinach served at Wolfgang Steak House? so I tried to recreate it at home. The first time I added cream cheese, it was too creamy for me. This time I created white sauce with flour and milk and added grated Parmesan in the end, but it’s a little too thick and still slightly cloying. Can someone pass some wisdom on how to make buttery but smooth, silky paste-like creamed spinach, steakhouse-style?
