I know this isn’t super pretty.... but it tasted delish and I had to share it with you. Last night the kids and I tested a new recipe were gonna share with Relish. We’re partnering to do a Simple Green Smoothies trio: smoothie, bowl + popsicle.

It’s still feels crazy to be working with magazines. Fun fact- my dream in college was to be the editor of a magazine in NYC. I watched a lot of Sex and the City, loved the excitement of the city and wanted a girl posse just like them. (This week I’m in NY city for a conference and will be sharing my “small town girl in a big city” excitement with you).

This right here is possibly the Coconut ? Cherry ? Bowl that we’re gonna go with. The colors alone are gonna be fantastic when shot in the studio. You should make it for dessert tonight!!!

1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 cup cherries ?, frozen
1 cup raspberries, frozen
1 banana ?
.
Blend it all up (should be nice and thick) and then top with your favorites berries + granola + superfoods. The kids voted for straight fruit on this one.
