Ingredients

green beans 8 ounces [, removed ends, cut into 1-inch lengths, soaked in salted boiling water, rinsed and drained well]
olive oil 2 Tablespoons
vinegar 1 Tablespoon [, seasoned]
red and yellow bell peppers 2 ounces [, cut thinly]
black pepper 1 pinch
sugar 1 pinch
parsley 1 Tablespoon [, chopped]
white onion 1 ounce [, sliced]
water 1 Tablespoon
Premium Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 teaspoon

Directions
Combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl: Premium Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, olive oil, vinegar, water, sugar and black pepper. Mix well.
Toss in remainder ingredients and mix well.
Serve at room temperature.
