The view out towards Mount Birdwood from the summit of Mount Smutwood near Kananaskis, Alberta. Places like this are one of the reasons I appreciated social media. This peak, which offers amazing panoramic views from it's summit, I found through seeing others on Instagram visit it. The hike to the top was non-technical, but a little exposed, so a head for heights is definitely a requirement. #ExploreCanada

Voici la vue du mont Birdwood à partir du sommet du mont Smutwood, près de Kananaskis, en Alberta. Ce sont des endroits comme ça qui me font aimer les médias sociaux. J’ai découvert ce sommet, qui offre des panoramas incroyables, grâce aux photos que les visiteurs publiaient sur Instagram. La randonnée pour s’y rendre n’est pas trop technique, mais on y est parfois à découvert : à éviter si vous avez le vertige! #ExploreAlberta
