A moonlit night at the Elizabeth Parker Hut near Lake O'Hara, BC. While it is difficult in summer to book a night at this popular cabin, in winter there is usually a lot of availability if your schedule is flexible. Reaching it in winter requires skiing or snowshoeing up the 11km access road to Lake O'Hara. Personally I prefer visiting mountain cabins in winter. There is something special about being warm and cozy by the crackling fire while feeling protected from the cold winds of winter blowing outside. #ExploreCanada

Un beau clair de lune au refuge Elizabeth Parker, près du lac O’Hara, en Colombie-Britannique. En été, il est difficile d’obtenir une réservation vu la popularité de l’endroit, mais en hiver, il y a généralement beaucoup plus de disponibilité si votre horaire est flexible. Pendant la saison froide, on ne peut s’y rendre qu’en ski ou en raquettes, en suivant la route de 11 km qui mène au lac. Personnellement, je préfère les séjours en chalets alpins pendant l’hiver : la chaleur et le confort près d’un feu crépitant, à l’abri du vent froid qui souffle dehors… ça a un petit je-ne-sais-quoi. #ExploreBC
