Viewing the almost tropically colored water of the Kicking Horse River near the Natural Bridge in Yoho National Park, BC. During the summer months this river can be quite murky from all the silt contained in the nearby glaciers melting and being released, but in the winter months the glaciers refreeze and the silt settles to the bottom creating this unique spectacle. #ExploreCanada

L’eau de la rivière Kicking Horse, en Colombie-Britannique, a des teintes presque tropicales, comme on le voit ici près du pont naturel du parc national Yoho. Pendant les mois d’été, l’eau de cette rivière est souvent trouble en raison du limon libéré par la fonte des glaciers à proximité. En hiver, cependant, les glaciers gèlent à nouveau et le limon se pose au fond de l’eau, ce qui donne ce superbe spectacle. #ExploreBC
