So the last four days of training have been challenging ‘cause I’ve had a bit of diarrhea(well, actually a lot of it) and I got pretty dehydrated in the tropical heat here(pic 2) Fortunately @saraagahfranti was there to pick me up(pic 3) It’s great training with Sara because even though we have totally different abilities, we motivate each other to do our best. Afterwards we hit the yoga mat and get a long stretch in to cool off. I tried charcoal, ginger, guava juice, every natural way short of a cork to stop the loose bowel flow, but none of it worked so last night I took some good old fashioned Imodium, took today off and drank tons of water. So far it’s done the trick and I’m starting to feel much stronger and less light headed. Sorry for the graphic details but just keeping it real.
