Some clips from my trainer @straightupkickin interval training routine. I gave myself some time off in December to recharge and recover. Now I am excited to prepare for my 2018 goals. When I am #training I typically climb 6 days a week and do #strength and #conditioning 4 days a week. There is a lot that happens behind the lens when it comes to preparing for a big #climbing objective. I am curious to learn more about non-climbing workouts that enhance sport specific performance. I am thankful to have Dave Lee enable this process.
