One of my favorites on the go…Top Sirloin, a cut of meat from the upper side of the cow known as the primal loin. The bone and tenderloin have been removed as well as the bottom round muscles, leaving a very lean cut of beef. A 3 ounce piece contain 25 grams of protein and 8 grams of fat, 3 of which are saturated, as compared to a T-bone steak which has 14 grams of total fat.  Red meat is a great addition to your diet but you have to be careful of the fat content. I like to have red meat at least once a day to keep my protein and strength levels high. My tip, grill it! Grilling helps the fat to literally melt and drip off, rather then baking or broiling which allows for the fat to be reabsorbed. Don't make the same excuses of why you can't be where you want to. You can!Get the most out of your physique and ready for 2018.
