What goes through your head in those moments?

I am always silent .. but my mind is racing. On the walk to the venue I put my head down, go through the game plan over & over & over again. In the carrel area I take a deep breathe, I like to feel the ground under my feet. In the moments leading up to the beep signaling the start I completely clear my head. I take a deep breathe, I feel confident. I know this is my FAVORITE place to be in this world ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I just GO! ????
