I remember the exact day, when I was 12 years old, I decided I was going to stop drinking soda because I knew how bad it was for me with all the sugar & chemicals they have in them .. It was actually a summer I was spending in the states when my grandparents lived here & the access to soda was SO easy. I noticed I was drinking too much of it .. I decided to stop completely & it has stuck with me ever since that day! ???
