Don't ask me for the measurements because as you can see I have no flippin' clue. I don't track anything. I don't track my food. I don't count macros and I don't count calories. I worked to get to where I'm at and now I'm just in 'maintenance' mode making healthy decisions daily. It's effortless now and really just a part of my lifestyle. You'll need:
Filtered Water
1 fresh squeezed organic lemon (see last weeks lemon post on why it's my holy grail)
Apple cider vinegar (this was all the store had when I went but buy one that comes in a glass container).
Maple Syrup
Cayenne Pepper
Cinnamon
