Met Mdm Suraya and other Teck Ghee residents when I launched a new Home Improvement Programme (HIP) in the morning, this time for eight blocks along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10.

It is a good project, which will benefit residents at a very affordable price. In particular for those with old folk at home, the grab bars, ramps, and non-slip bathroom tiles under the EASE scheme will make things safer and more comfortable for them.
