Here is one of my upper-body focused circuits.

Upper row using Cook cable bar (yes that’s what it’s called ??♀️) x 16 reps each side *drive up and out*
-
Shoulder press using Cook cable bar x 12 reps each side followed by 8 half reps

Full body bicep curl to squat to shoulder press x 16 reps

All moves are preformed back to back and rest is taken AFTER the last move is completed ?? repeat for 4 rounds ??
