Homeless. Nationless. Hands of untold inhumanness, a gentle pattern of henna upon the palm of a mother whose son sits near, one of many who had crossed the Naf River recently in southern Bangladesh seeking safety by floating upon a raft from their homeland in Myanmar to Shamlapur. These women, men and children join the more than 600,000 ethic Rohingyan’s who have arrived in Bangladesh since August, 2017, displaced people who have no hope of returning home.
