Back at home in Rome, after 4 intense days of tasty and colorful Mediterranean food at its best, rich culture and historical monuments, and most importantly, truly beautiful people whose exceptional warmth and hospitality left me speechless. On my way back home all I could think about was how lucky I am to make friends from various nations in different cities of the world. The freedom of movement (although limited for some of us, and impossible for others) is another revolution of our times which is sometimes underrated.
From my short trip in Athens, immense gratitude is the main souvenir that I've got. Thanks a million again @thefoodiecorner for making #TheAthensGathering possible. Thank you @connapm for treating us like family at your home and thanks to all the blogging community of Athens that hosted us.
I have also brought back props (great, cheap antique junk shops in Athens!), soaps and tons of photos that will eventually make their way to the blog.
Now let's go kick the new week's butt! ✨
