One of twelve known impressions of this evocative print, this masterpiece by Edvard Munch comes to Sotheby's from the Collection of Catherine Woodard and Nelson Blitz Jr. Since meeting in an art history course at Columbia University, this couple has together compiled one of the greatest private collections of prints by Munch, Johns, Kirchner and Picasso over the course of 35 years.
