Smiles in the midst of pain are a treasure to the heart. And these little smiles in this picture are priceless. Yesterday was the funeral for my cousin Ryan, and most of makeup had been cried off by the time we took this picture. These beautiful girls are Ryan’s daughters. It broke my heart watching them cry as their daddy was lowered into the ground yesterday. I know how I felt when my dad died and I was an adult, I couldn’t imagine it as a little, tiny girl. They are both having a very hard time and dealing with it in different ways. But watching them laugh and smile as they showed me the glittery LOL dolls I brought them, them telling me all the requests and ideas for transformation videos I should do yesterday, seeing their smiles, instead of tears for a moment, was a priceless treasure.
I talked with the girls about how my daddy is in heaven too & how their daddy is with them in their Heart all the time. And how we will live big to make our daddies proud from heaven and that they are not alone. Please pray for more smiles like these in Maggie and Lolo’s days. They are just the cutest and sweetest❤️ 3 smiles from 3 girls who’s dads are in heaven!
