Here's how my last functional workout looked like:
700 m - rowing
10 reps - deep push ups
40 sec - plank
30 sec rest
5 laps.
Of course, with my own weight and muscles that are used to work for the development of explosive strength, any kind of functional training looks a bit heavy. But for bringing some variety into weightlifting training it is quite fine.
