This weeks @closeronline magazine is covering my labiaplasty surgery, one major thing which has been missed from the feature is my intentions to raise awareness for female circumcision for health reasons (as well as the freedom of cosmetic choice over our bodies) and the suffering caused by FGM which needs to be addressed. Nobody should live in pain and the only way we can bring change is to discuss our intimate health without fear or embarrassment and know the warning signs to prevent unnecessary pain.
