A vegan meal with 45g protein ???As I've adopted a more plant based diet the one question I get all the time is "where do you get your protein?" ? My answer: from plants! ? Firstly, we have an obsession with protein. In reality we don't need half as much as we think we need. I'm thriving on half the amount I used to consume ?? Secondly, plants are full of protein.
