At Home Workout ? I did a 20 minute workout in my office the other evening because I simply didn't have time to go to the gym. All I did was set a timer for 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off and then alternated a high intensity exercise (e.g. Burpees) with a lower intensity exercise (e.g. Push ups, Lunges, etc) ? This video includes a few examples of ones I included ?? Honestly, this workout was challenging and most importantly FUN! I trained around my office with my music blaring and it felt pretty awesome! ?? Give it a go when you're short on time ? #ZVDWorkout #athomeworkout
