Photo by @renan_ozturk// I set this timelapse up on the edge of a still lake in Ólafsfjörður and left it overnight. When I came back to retrieve it in the morning, the dropping temps had frozen the lake edge into a solid block. The tripod legs were completely locked in, sword in the stone style and I wasn't the knight. Ended up having to take big rock boulders, lift them over my head, and smash them onto the ice.
