Quad dominant moves like the leg press are a great way to develop a well round musculature. Placing your feet at different heights, and angles will make sure you target the inner and outer quads, get more or less glute and hamstring. Plus the added benefit of being set up to do calves already is a plus! This is one for sure movement for quad growth or just to maintain muscle mass!Remember to train hard all fall to assure your legs will be peak form for when you start peeling off the layers.
