15 Minute Hotel Room Workout ? I took the @newhorizonescapes guests through this circuit as part of their workout today! It's an EMOM - every minute on the minute - meaning you complete a certain number of exercises/reps on each minute. We did: ➡️ 5 Burpees ➡️ 5 Broad Jumps ➡️ 5 Squats ?
