What is my workout routine?! ? Recently I've had a lot of people ask me about how I train. I reply honestly: it varies hugely. Right now I'm probably training 4 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour with a mix of weight training, bodyweight training and HIIT ?? The usual response is: "Woah, I thought as a fitness blogger you would train hours every single day" ? Nahhh mate. I literally haven't got time for that ? My life at the moment is a bit mad. I'm all over the place, travelling lots and working long hours whenever I am in the UK. This means I just have to do what I can. In the past this would have panicked me. I remember a few years ago I was really regimented with my training (and I respect anyone who is that way inclined); back then having a lack of routine would have stressed me out. Now, it's a different story. I don't put any pressure on myself. I roll with the punches and just do whatever is feasible. The key thing is that when I do train, I push myself hard so I can get a short and efficient workout squeezed in ??? #girlgains #strongzvd
