I’ll be honest.. these past few months have been tough. And in conjunction with my perfectionistic tendencies, I can be quick to instigate greater unease for myself. Negative self-talk is a *bleep*??‍♀️, and its been making more appearances than I’m used to.
But no, I am not writing this with the intentions of being a Debbie Downer. I am simply writing this because I am human. And I know that expression can pave a path for vulnerability. And that vulnerability is integral for expression of all avenues. If we need love to coexist among us all, we need the courage to speak up, and to share our hearts with the world.
We need to feel the same again, and to put the human back in humanity.
I encourage you to feel and accept. There is no brokenness, only growth. ? #FightForGrowth ?
