I DID NOT POST YESTERDAY SO HERE IS A VIDEO OF A HAPPY BABY AND I THINK THAT COUNTS FOR BOTH DAY 11 AND 12 OF THE CHALLENGE. ????? I had a crappy day yesterday. Like, really crappy. I was angry. Once again found myself feeling taken advantage of and by someone I thought was a friend. I thought about writing about it but couldn't calm my mind enough to get to a good space. So I went to yoga instead. 90 minutes of super sweaty practice with @dennisfromsalad by my side. In Savasana I crawled on top of him and felt safe and held and all was well again. Lying with my head on his chest listening to his heart beating everything else felt insignificant. And today everything just worked out. Sort of. Still angry but not enough for it to disturb my day. Today I had a mini morning practice after a back adjustment and I feel GOOD. Look at this baby! Screw all the noise. Lessons blessings all the same.
