?Notes補充?I got the kelp soup base and it was pretty bland but if you want a richer broth, go for the 12hr beef soup base. The meat was decent, and I loved the free refills on vegetables! I was pretty excited for the squid ink porridge but it was too salty because it was made with the leftover 12hr beef soup. We had to add more water to make it lighter. They have three sauces: ponzu, soy sauce, and Japanese sesame (you grind your own sesame!)我選昆布湯因爲我比較喜歡清淡的湯配著醬料吃，但如果你想要濃郁一點的湯底，你可以選擇熬煮12小時的牛肉湯底。在美國吃火鍋，他們的肉片都會切比較薄，吃起來沒有那麼有口感，但我已經習慣? 這家跟別家的肉片相較之下比較有口感。後來我們用牛肉湯煮墨魚汁粥，但是有點太鹹了，小小失望。一共有三種醬料：柚子醬油、醬油、和芝麻醬。菜盤可以無限續！
