#bbgprogress ?? @fitbyfifty.us progress using my #bbg program ? She says “So this isn't a BIG change as it's me at #week9 vs now , just after #week22 , however I wanted to point a few things out . By Week 9 I was already feeling great and happy with the changes I had made . Mentally I was a different person already just knowing I was working out and eating healthier. I would have been fine just staying like that and was nowhere near as insecure being in a bathing suit .I've still got work to do but I'm loving this ride and can't wait to see where I am a year from now .?
