Guess who slept all night long!!?? NOT US! Hehe. Bit we had a way, way better night. Up to feed three times only so pretty good compared to this last week! I feel like a brand new person today. Had a healing massage this morning and took a vinyasa class as a treat - feeling rested and happy! Realized that in the midst of sleep deprivation I've managed to take three studio classes in three days and somehow magically also getting some work done, too. See - all I needed was a few hours of rest to start seeing the positive side of life again?☺️?What can you give yourself today to help bring some light and clarity into your life? Find something - a nap, a delicious meal, a yoga class, a walk, a treat... And go do it.
