HAPPY PODCAST DAY!!!! In this weeks podcast I bring up something I've been dealing with lately: feeling taken advantage of. Unfortunately his is a pattern I keep repeating in my life and I'm trying to make sense of how to balance my giving with receiving. I often find myself in situations and relationships where I give too much of myself until I'm emotionally exhausted - and then I snap. I want to find balance and surround myself only with people, both in business and personally, who are a YES in my life and who fill me up vs making me feel drained. In his podcast episode I share a few very hard lessons I've had to learn in the yoga industry and give a couple of heavy examples of how I was taken advantage of by people/brands/companies because I was too naive for my own good. I also talk about forgiveness and how I know when I've truly forgiven someone after having been hurt (while recording the podcast I realized I haven't forgiven at all as much as I'd like to think!)?
