In reverential prayer, offerings of food, love, remembrance. A few years have past when I was welcomed by these kind women in Bam, Iran, a moment of solemnity at the grave of relatives who died years earlier in the 2003 earthquake. After praying in silence under a pewter sky, they offered me tea, a warm smile, appreciation in sharing to others this simple act of unforgotten love.
