EMOM= Every Minute On The Minute
When the minute starts do 10 weighted glute thrusts straight into 10 body weight glute thrusts. I left my @mbslingshot on the entire time. Rest for the remainder of the minute then do it all again each minute. This is a 10 MINUTE EMOM. After the 10 minutes you should have performed 100 weighted glute thrusts and 100 body weight glute thrusts.
