Day 11 (June 30) A TIME TO CELEBRATE | LEARNING HOW TO BE TREATED - I finally did it!!!! I finally took my final @issaonline exam & wow it put me to work. All I wanted to do was crash in bed & open a book. Thats wen my bestie @d_prados was like, "no im taking u out! My treat bc u deserve it! So get dressed up & let's go!" THREE things happened to me in Asbury Park. (1) a woman approached me while eating , her name, @S.n.russell1980 & told me she's been following my story since I been on IG & that she wanted to thank me for the message I deliver & what I represent. She also wished me all the best w what I'm going thru now (thnk u doll for the words & the photo, scroll left, I tagged u? (2) I got photobombed in the middle of my "moment" pic by a guy who follows me thru @generationironofficial & said my story inspired him, to keep it up. 1&2 reminded me that I was on the right path: motivating & inspiring others, HELPING others. 2 different ppl following me for ALL the right reasons. YAY!!! 3) my bestie picked his order, I picked mine. He also picked an appetizer & I was like,"wait for an extra 2$ we can get guac & chips, & u'll save 8$" He looked at me, "Jess. Thnk u. Of course saving is good but u gotta learn how spoil & treat urself! Ur my best friend & I never seen u get spoiled or ask for anyone's help or anything & this is just food n only a few bucks so EAT UP!" LIFE IS IRONIC bc of wat happened later on wen I got home, it's like God is doing something to keep helping someone. But at that moment I laughed & said thank. Proplexed by wat he said I looked bac & realized i would randomly shower ppl w lil random gifts like LEGOS or goodies like cupcakes & protien bars. But that randomness I never got bac. I wondered why? Am I too independent? Am I too "strong." How can this be a bad thing wen I'm just trying to help? Virgos r natural givers we enjoy simple things in life but on the low want to be taken care of. Not babied but feel special, loved & safe. Doesn't take 1,000$ to do that just something a simple as a $10 order of guacamole instead of $2 add on to the side. ::laughs:: #NoteToSelf why work so hard if ur not going to enjoy it #100happydays
