In another life I will be in the kitchen all day, cleaning prawns and making prawn oil out of their shells. Then I will stuff them into handmade raviolis, dress the pasta with drops of yuzu prawn oil reduction and garnish with sprigs of fresh coriander.
But in this current life, I'm stuck at my desk dealing with general incompetence.
Such is life.
