Worst leg tri-set EVER!!! ??
If you guys want a CHALLENGE.. I double dog dare you too do this tri-set (3 exercises minimal rest) combo! If you can walk out of the gym.. you let me know!
TAG SOMEONE AND TAKE THE CHALLENGE !!!
1.) SQUATS
- 8 reps
2.) SINGLE LEG kettle bell RDL
- 8 reps each leg
3.) SINGLE LEG STEP-UPS with backwards lung
- 15 reps each leg (Minimal to no rest until you complete all three exercises then rest for 2-3 mins
Repeat circuit 3-4 times)
