Here is a gallery of 7 photographs I took during brief trips to the Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve in the Mojave Desert.  Due to the heavy precipitation during the rainy season, this spring the poppy bloom blanketed the rolling desert hills of the valley. The Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve Center is now closed and will reopen in February 2018.
