Soooo many people put off their fitness journeys because they want to 'wait' until after their trips or vacations to start. NEWSFLASH.....IF YOU CANT INCORPORATE WHAT YOURE DOING INTO YOUR LIFESTYLE IT WILL BE SHORT LIVED!!! There is absolutely NO reason you can't stay active and in shape while still enjoying and partying on vacation! I'm using this vacation as a complete excuse to show you guys just how I do it!! Follow my trip and keep up with all on the good (and bad ?) decisions I make and how I offset them to stay in shape!
