Pick a body part this week and train it using only unilateral movements i.e. Training each limb individually rather than together. For example instead of barbell straight leg deadlift hit a single leg DB RDL (shown). We incorporate a lot of this training in our Big/Lean programming because unilateral is a great switch up that is perfect for bringing up weaker or smaller body parts! Mind muscle connection is greater as well as you're only concentrating on one side. Give it go, Happy Training!!
