Ab Circuit ? Try adding in this circuit at the end of your workouts to burn out your core! Just do each exercise for 30 seconds back to back. Rest 30 seconds after each round. Repeat three times. Ouch ? ➡️ Plank Hip Dips - don't let your hips raise up into the air! Keep them low and twist through your obliques ➡️ Hollow Body Hold - consciously press your lower back into the ground, brace your core and tuck your chin into your chest ➡️ Bicycle Crunches - lift the opposite shoulder off the ground as you take it towards the knee.
