Birds of Prey

I have always loved the flight of birds, especially the majesty of the birds of prey who reign over the mountain peaks. In the High Pyrenées, the medieval castle of #Beaucens is built on a peak overlooking the village of the same name. It is home to one of the most impressive groups of both nocturnal and diurnal birds of prey: kites, vultures, eagles, white-tailed eagles, falcons and buzzards. Many of these species live in liberty and yet also respond to the soft calls of trainers.
