Reverse diet starts today! ??? After my show in November, I felt that I gained weight a bit too rapidly for my aesthetic goals, so I took these few weeks not to necessarily “cut”, but more to acquire a steady weight range and caloric intake. As an athlete I’m thinking long term always - I want to ensure my future preps are as mentally and physically healthy as they can be. This will come from improving my maintenance caloric intake and in conjunction, building muscle tissue. More than anything though, it requires a break from prep! My previous prep was about 52 weeks (thats a year lol?), so I need this mental break! Some of my goals for this improvement season are: 1.to track macros with more intuition and not so meticulously. This will allow me to work on intuitive practices while gaining more self-trust in the process of metabolic recover 2.build muscle tissue, specifically in my upper body, glutes, hamstrings, and back?? 3.get my macros back to being higher than @ryanhooseman ?? 4.explore the cuisine of my city and to honour my inner foodie??‍♀️? 5.document the process via lifestyle and informational videos on Youtube (“How to Track your Macros” video will be up on MONDAY - technical glitches made it late so I’m sorry about that!)? 6.embrace my passion for the journey and the entirety of the process. 7.ground all my actions in self love.?
