The dancers of @paultaylordancecompany are among New York’s “most accomplished, personable and sensuous,” writes @alastair.macaulay, chief dance critic for @ニューヨーク・タイムズ. Last week, @ニューヨーク・タイムズ staff photographer @andrea_mohin photographed #PaulTaylor dancers @george_smallwoodnyc and @eranbugge performing in the world premiere of “Continuum.” The piece was choreographed by Lila York, a @paultaylordancecompany dancer for 12 years and a prolific choreographer. Its opening tableau paid tribute to the way many of Taylor’s pure-dance works “start with an immobile nucleus that we know will soon burst forth into dance life like a seed head,” @alastair.macaulay writes. @paultaylordancecompany’s annual 3-week New York season runs through March 26 at @lincolncenter.
