? % whole wheat strudel with apples and sour cherry butter. I've been wondering for a while if it would be possible to achieve this extreme dough with freshly milled flour. Whole grains don't stop to amaze me, how much they can handle and how beautifuly pleasant results you can get with them. I think with the strudel dough I prefer milder flavour and more crunchy texture, but if I would run a cafe entirely dedicated to a whole grain pastries, I would sell it to people without any shame #wholegrain #bbga #thebakefeed #f52grams
