This bread is pure goodness: freshly milled einkorn with addition of cooked millet, toasted sesame and toasted cracked einkorn grains (80% to flour weight). I'm working on formulas for my baking biz (love saying that) and this might be one of them :)) Inspiration credits goes to @thebejkr1 - if someone is making whole grain einkorn bread It's higly possible he learned it from him :) #wholegrain #anciengrains #freshmilled #naturallyleavened
