✅ Tips for bloating ✅ So in my last post, I had a few ladies ask me about bloating and what we can do to reduce it!! I am going to give your what works for ME ? These need to be IN COMBINATION with each other, you can't just do ONE and hope it will work.
1️⃣ Drink plenty of water!! Stay hydrated ?

2️⃣ Go for a walk - 30 to 40 mins - not TOO fast ... just walk your dog ?

3️⃣ Find the foods and drinks that DO and DO NOT work for with your body (example - milk does not work with my body, I'm dairy sensitive)

4️⃣ Herbal tea- liquorice, fennel, peppermint, calendula are ALL amazing for bloating (I drink one morning and night)
5️⃣ Try and avoid soft drinks (the gas can make you bloat and decrease your appetite)
6️⃣ Try digestive enzymes as recommended by a professional ?? These are just some of the things that help me! You can try them too ?
