I really don't do this enough, I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone reading this. Thank you for believing in me... Thank you for believing in yourself. Thank you for allowing me to be a source of motivation to you. I still get emotional when I hear you guys speak about all I've been able to help you with, whether it be motivation for your fitness journey or just life in general. You guys don't know how much it means to me! I only hope that I can continue to help push you when you feel like giving up, to mentor you when you need a little guidance and to make you laugh when you're feeling down... and in return you guys do the same for me! Because just as I motivate you, you guys motivate the heck out of me! If you're reading things I hope you come face to face with your potential. Train hard, make no excuses and really give this year your all. When times get hard tell your self - Remember that person that gave up? Well neither goes anyone else!
