If you can do 100 stability ball crunches...you're probably doing them incorrectly ?. When performed properly these will burn after just 8-10 reps. Obviously I'm over exaggerating the incorrect way but don't let your hips drop and try to limit the movement of the ball (rocking back and forth) as much as possible! I'm actually moving more than I should be myself. Keep your hips up and your core engaged! Give it a go and see the difference for yourself!
